Based on the One Dollar Deck from NorthernWarlord: http://www.mtgvault.com/northernwarlord/decks/budget-decks-one-dollar-deck/It's a really fun concept, and a great home for Psychic Spiral.
It's very straightforward. Dig with Treasure Hunt, discard with Zombie Infestation. Attack with zombies and repeat. Then, just when your opponent thinks they've got your game figured out, mill them for 40ish and refresh your library with Psychic Spiral. It does mean you'll "waste" three more lands that could be discarded for tokens, but the Spiral putting all your lands and Hunts back makes up for it.Reliquary Tower just in case you don't happen into Zombie Infestation soon enough. Drownyard just in case you've already dumped your hand and have open mana.Ideal opening hand would Swamp, Island, Treasure Hunt, Treasure Hunt, Zombie Infestation, Psychic Spiral, Psychic Spiral. I'll keep anything with a Hunt and an Infestation, or just a Hunt if I'm mulling down too far.

Pretty cool one! Maybe just adding more Reliquary Towers?

Thanks! Yeah, I think I'm going to tweak the land in this one a bit more, even. A few with some ETB effects probably won't hurt.
