I feel that the deck is too mixed. I think that if want to mill you should focus in it. Take out the Consuming Aberrations reduce the Nemesis to 2x put in 4x Hedron Crabs and more mill. Jace, Memory Adept is better. Also a mill deck probably does not need that much removal since you want to prevent them from even drawing. If you want to move away from mill than that would be a different story.

You make great points. Replace the Traumatize with the Archive and the Szadek with Leyline? Sideboard the Relics and another Leyline? What do you think should be the sideboard?
