I enjoy soldier decks immensely and I think you have the right idea if I might offer a few suggestions. First, since you have mostly humans Bonds of Faith gives you a little more utility than Pacifism. Second, Chronomaton and Guardians of Akrasa don't fit as much as other cards might. I would recommend Boros Elite or any of the other good white soldiers out there. You're not going to really use the Exalted part of Guardians of Akrasa since you'll want to take advantage of Odric.

I like how the deck works and the synergy it has. I would say you might want more mana, maybe toss in a few Rakdos Guildgates. Along the same lines, I don't see a lot of potential from Demonspine Whip because I don't think you're going to ever be at a point where you want to spend mana to charge up a creature instead of playing something. Finally, you're running black/red without any of it's great removal. All that said, I think this deck would be painful to play against.
I would possible suggest a Phantom General or two, and maybe some populate mechanics, otherwise cool deck.
I like what you're doing, a lot. I would suggest Preeminent Captain since you're playing a lot of soldiers and also Honor of the Pure since it will buff all of your creatures for cheap.
Angelic Benediction is a fun card for exalted.
Nice deck, but I don't know any format where running 8 Ondu Clerics is legal.
You might also want to look into Boros Elite, Crusader of Odric, Honor of the Pure and Cathars' Crusade.
You find the most terrifying ways to play Magic.
Maybe Vampire Nighthawk instead of Daggerdrome Imp.
Mycosynth Lattice works really well with Hellkite Tyrant, but it's more than I want to pay.
Attended Knight might work well with Champion of the Parish, and with all of that equipment you may want to look at Puresteel Paladin, just suggestions.
