Well, if it consistently wins without fail and with ease then I suggest you buy it with your 45 dollars and then proceed to win numerous tournaments with it. Should pay for itself in no time.

I don't understand Nantuko Shade either. I've heard that it's good, but I don't know why. Anybody know? Unified Will seems risky.
Perhaps consider this: at 22 lands (and some of those are to be sacked), I don't see you having enough mana to make Exsanguinate profitable; it takes at least five mana (but probably more) to make an Exsanguinate worthwhile. Perhaps consider moving your Doom Blades to sideboard. If you play against a black deck, those will be four cards just sitting in your hand all game. Good Fortune.
I think that Nocturnus is not currently standard.
Perhaps consider putting at least two of your Hexmages in the main instead of Pawn. Of course the Hexmages are mostly for dealing with planeswalkers, but I've found that their first strike ability is not irrelevant either, especially against very aggressive weenie decks e.g. Kuldotha Rebirth. Perhaps consider adding another colour as well. Mono black seems fun, but Swords of Feast and Famine are popping up everywhere lately, granting their wielders protection from black, and ruining the day (or night maybe) of vampires everywhere. However, this ailment can be cured with a simple lightning bolt. Good Fortune.
Tell us how Sign In Blood works out. I wouldn't think you would want both Sign In Blood and Dark Tutelage in the same deck. It's bad enough to have Dark Tutelage in play and reveal another Dark Tutelage; I'd really hate having Dark Tutelage in play and revealing a Sign In Blood. That would add up to a total of 4 life and 2 mana for 0 extra cards.
Where's your other deck?
This 'deck' and its comments gave me a chuckle.
I like the title.
I think this deck is fun. Perhaps you might consider moving your Doom Blades to your sideboard; they will be in your way in your mainboard if you go against another black player (err...player of black, that is). Also, I wonder about Psychic Miasma, which I have considered playing. I don't think it gains you much since you have plenty of other discard cards. For playing it, you lose a card and two mana while your opponent only loses a card. Granted, it does get you closer to your goal of him being handless, but I don't know that it's worth it. I might go with some Gatekeepers of Malakir, which, kicked, will rid you of pesky critters and get around any protection from black. And, of course, Memoricide is always good for what ails you, and would be on theme here, I think. Have fun irritating your friends with this. ^^
Perhaps you might consider Perilous Myrs instead of Voltaic Keys and/or Everflowing Chalices. They'll give you your metalcraft, folks hesitate to kill them lest they suffer the two damage, plus you can destroy them yourself with your Hoard Smelter if you need to. I'd also want 4 Liquimetals if you want to be as sure as possible of seeing it early in the game.
Thanks. I think that I do need an Arc Trail in there. The idea is to get a sorcery under the Semblance Anvil. Since most of the spells in the deck are sorceries, I could then proceed to blow up two lands per turn at the low cost of two mana each.
I actually laughed at this. I must really be slap-happy.
