Deck Description

*POST ROTATION*

This is a U/W Aggro that uses a bunch of tempo oriented spells to gain an advantage and then capitalizes with boosts for the creatures. The strongest line of play is a turn one flyer. Then turn 2 you play a hidden strings and Cipher it onto your 1 drop flyer, using the hidden strings to untap your own lands to play something like a Civic Saber or a Ethereal Armor on your creature. Then when your flyer swings in, the Cipher will trigger so you can untap both your lands and leave them up for counter magic or Azorius Charm. Then from there you control the board. Keep attacking with your flyer making him bigger and bigger when spells come around and keep bouncing or countering any threat that they may play. Mizzium Skin will protect him if there is any spot removal. Another strong play is to tap lands before combat to leave mana floating there and then when you deal damage untap both your lands and now you have all your mana +2 extra from before combat. This can be used to get a turn 3 Righteous Authority on your flyer or can be a turn 2 Detention Sphere. It is very versatile.

Deck discussion for U/W Tempo

This looks like a deck I would enjoy. The only thing I would add is Sphinx's Revelation. It would let you draw a lot of cards midgame to give you a solid hand for Righteous Authority. I'm also not a fan of Syoncopate. If you are going to use it, you will most likely be spending at least 3 mana. In that case, I would just use Cancel. That way it is countered regardless. I think I would also use Galerider Sliver instead of Cloudfin, as weird as it sounds. There is only one creature that would cause the cloudfin to evolve and you will most likely have an enchantment or two one it so it wouldn't evolve anyway. Just my thoughts.

Thank you for the great suggestions!! I originally thought that Sphinx's Revelation would be a little too underpowering for my deck, but I think 1 or 2 may be powerful enough as i can use it late game. And I never thought about galerider sliver. Originally this decklist had a lot more creatures to evolve the raptor. And cutting the raptors may make it worth cutting the Civic Sabers as they were in there mostly to give the Raptor the 1 power he needed to deal damage and activate cipher

Glad I could help. This has given me some ideas for a deck of my own. Thanks!
