So, the Geminid meteor shower is tonight. I looked up, and saw next to nothing, but I'll check back later. In the meantime, I'm continuing my budget building experiences on MTGO. Here are some early lessons from this deck. Too many players rely on expensive cards to try to win. When the expensive cards are gone, the match can slip out of their grasp. In the video I shot of the gameplay, I noticed that many players struggled once their "go-to" money cards, like Rancor and Jace were no longer available. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wbHYhwPAqe0&feature=share&list=UULsdbY1x1qFlUm8UikTBy5w This also shows that budget builds can be effective against their overpriced counterparts. It is also very likely that the expensive decks do not have any advantage against each other. That being said, this deck, like many of my casual budget decks loses quite a bit. It is not a sure win by any means, but requires careful play and some luck of the draw. Night Terrors is certainly a card worth looking at for many builds. Exiling cards is really the only way to try to get rid of them in light of the current state of game play where the graveyard is often a substitute library for many players.

Not bad for it's cost. I also made a budget deck as part of a challenge I saw. http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=407780
