An extremely simple deck taking advantage of the synergy between Rat Colony and Tetsuko. This allows you to ignore any blockers and just swing in for a bunch.
Turn 1 is a good opportunity for hand disruption or maybe Fatal Push. Since hand disruption, Fatal Push, and Ifnir Deadlands are your only defense against whatever your opponent is doing, the idea is to end the game quickly by playing as many Rat Colonies as possible, swinging in, and then later dropping a Tetsuko once they have blockers. Chart a Course helps refill your hand.Sideboard might need some work, but it's mainly designed to combat control decks. Harsh Scrutiny is good against aggro/midrange, but you'll want to replace them with Duress against control. Lost Legacy helps take out their win conditions (Approach, Scarab) if you can resolve them. Negate helps, and can be especially crucial for countering a turn-4 Settle the Wreckage. Against control, you probably won't have much use for Fatal Push or Tetsuko, so those can be removed. Consider Vraska's Contempt if Scarab God is their main win con. Otherwise, Walk the Plank and Vraska's help against big-creature decks. (Why Walk the Plank over Cast Down? Because we need more removal against major legendary threats like Lyra and Ghalta, which are already out of range of Fatal Push).

I would like to say, I love your deck idea, but you should make it budget.

Budget: Use Cast Down instead of Fatal Push, remove Vraska's from the sideboard. It's already fairly cheap, but that'll practically cut the price in half.
