Gain life.
To start off, you should play a plains and tap for soulmender. If you don't have one, then summon trained caracal. Although, your first priority should be soulmender. Turn 2, play a swamp and summon tithe drinker. Then tap soulmender to gain a life. Tap him every turn. Turn 3, you can play any two or less mana cost creature, but I think if you have one, another tithe drinker would be favored. Also, use your tithe drinkers extort ability if you have the two or less mana creature. Then you should be at 23 life and your opponent is at 19. Don't attack with your drinker if your opponent controls a creature with power 1 or greater. During turn four, if your opponent went first and has a strong creature, i'll allow you to pacifism it. But if you do, remember to pay the extra mana to extort it. If you did, you should have 25 life by the end of the turn. Again, you can attack if your opponent has a creature other than the pacifismed one. (Note: If you didn't pacifism a creature, play Rhox Faithmender or Bloodbond vampire.) Turn five, you can do what you want pretty much, as long as you remember to extort the spells you can and gain lots of life. Your Rhox can help do this by doubling any gained life. It's also a 3/3 creature with lifelink! Also, this decks winning strategy is Bloodbond vampire, so be sure to use him and gain lots of life.
