The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...

The Pack Rat can quickly overwhelm the battlefield with a prolific, putrid plague. To sweeten the deal, the Pack Rat has brought some friends including his close ally, the Ogre Slumlord. With a few alterations this deck could easily be Standard Legal.
It is a fairly straightforward plan. Make sure you've got at least one Pack Rat in your first hand (the Denizen would also be a bonus) . As soon as possible, play the Pack Rat and start multiplying it by discarding creature cards (with the exception of Ogre Slumlord). Gravepurge, Disentomb, and Midnight Recovery will allow to recycle the creatures you've been discarding to make more Pack Rats. The Denizen and Fear cards increase your likelihood of your rats being unblockable, Vampiric Link gives you a life gain option, and the Slumlord gives you a greater rat production and gives all your rats Deathtouch just because.

No Relentless Rats?

As fun as Relentless Rat decks are (and I do own one) it feels like a crutch. The idea for this deck is creature recycling. You play a Relentless Rats once and that's it. In this deck you can constantly re-discard the same cards making more and more rats.
