Deck Description

So destroy your own lands to gain huge benefit, then cast them again and again. :)

Wow, made the hot page! Thanks guys. :)

How to Play

Try to ramp as hard as possible till you have Titania and the Hammer in play then begin to start Sacrificing to produce Elemental creatures with Haste and if lucky. At this point you really want Crucible to be in play so you can cast lands from the graveyard.
Dropping a Fireblast or Volley for added damage could easily win the game later on. Casting Titania with Savage Summoning is a great way to keep her out of bolt range as well as making her non counter-able.
Crop Rotation will get me Ghost Quarter or Wasteland to begin locking opponents land base down. Or Glacial Chasm to provide protection against aggro/burn decks if I find I need it.

Deck discussion for Walking on Fragile Ground

So this is a legacy deck.... would really like to fight this!

How does it do in your area?

Well I just created the concept for this today and have not put it together, Yet. So I'm not positive it will have what it takes in the current meta but most of the cards have great synergy, the theory behind everything seems like it could work so I'm excited to test it out.

It is possible to be swinging on turn 3 with 2 5/5 haste creatures and 5 5/3 haste creatures for 35 damage. This is of course very reckless and not advised but it could be done if one wanted and got the correct hand. If Exploration, Crucible, Titania and the Hammer make their way onto the battlefield together it's a relentless attack of creatures every turn.

Very nice mixture of mana ramp with mana sacking for a deadly outcome!

My favorite red/green ramp card is, and it probably won't work for your deck, Orcish Lumberjack.

knight of the reliquary is one of the coolest cards in magic the gathering. I think it fits your deck perfectly. I see that you're only red green right now but i think splashing white would be worth it for knight of the reliquary.

not sure if this is planned on being a competitive deck or what but fastbond is pretty much the best land ramp ever printed so give that a look.

Thanks for taking a minute to check it out. l totally agree with the Fastbound. But I am trying to make this a Legacy playable deck. When I play vintage casual with my playgroup of friends, Fastbond, Sol Ring and Wheel of Fortune will be main Decked. As far as Knight of the Reliquary I am aware how good it is in LD decks but I'm trying to do something a bit different then the typical one. If the current build doesn't have what it takes, more then likely I will splash white for it and a few other power white cards.

My thinking is to not really keep the lands in my graveyard but cycle them threw it.

I would personally take out Savage Summoning, since you only have six creatures. It has potential to be useful, but I think throwing in Plated Geopede would make a nice addition. It only costs 1R, already has first strike, and gets a great buff for its landfall ability. I also think that Scouting Trek would work perfect in conjunction with Courser of Kruphix and Exploration. You could throw down a ton of land and beef Plated Geopede a whole lot, then throw Berserk at them for a bunch of damage. I would also add Vines of Vastwood to your sideboard.

Oh yeah, I forgot all about landfall! Even more cool stuff to go in this deck!

Oh, and I would take out Glacial Chasm since you have no way of gaining life. Perhaps swap it with Evolving Wilds, or something else you sacrifice.

Thanks for all the input.
I like having Glacial Chasm as a option if I can't deal with an aggro or burn deck it. I will admit the only way I can gain life is threw Primeval Bounty and that just can not be counted on. But if I manipulate the board I can sac it at the end of opponents turn then replay it without having to pay the life following turn.
I really like Scouting Trek, I think I will swap out the Savage Summoning with that. Also if I find I need more creatures I will definitely test the Geopede.

I think you may be interested in Cosmic Larva.

Cosmic Larva is a beast but it forces me to sac lands every turn when I may not want to. I like having the choice in most things opposed to working around something that makes me do something.

i know there is no black but ob nixilis, the fallen would love this deck too!

I definitely agree that it would fit nicely but I'd just prefer not to add another colour. In addition I already have 3 requiring double red and 6 requiring double green, adding a card requiring double black may just keep me off of what the decks main focus is.

* Shard Volley is just bad, even in this deck.

* Constant Mists! With that you don't have to worry about creatures anymore!

* Berserk is just "win more" in this deck. So is probably Parallel Lives. Instead I would run cards that either keep me alive or help me establishing my engine.

* I would replace Primeval Bounty with Grazing Gladeheart - it comes into play so much earlier and can block, too. It doesn't have the other options and slightly lower life gain, however, with such a low creature count you won't use the other options if the Bounty either.

* Dust Bowl for longer/multiplayer games.

* I am surprised that Rampaging Baloth is missing but I guess you didn't want him to try something different?

I like Shard Volley...maybe not in this deck, but I like the card.
I hate that it is 2 dollars a piece for a common.
Speaking of overcosted common cards, Gitaxian Probe is up to 3 dollars a piece! Geez.
Anyway, yeah, Shard Volley is Fireblasts little sister.

Thanks for the suggestions Pushkin. I was on the fence with Shard Volley and I really like Constant Mists, I will be replacing with that. Berserk has got to stay tho, I think it's more of a win "now" card instead of a "more" card. Dust Bowl is not required, mainly B/C I would never play this multiplayer and I think Ghost Quarter and Wasteland do it better. In regards to the Parallel Lives and Primeval Bounty I own them and have been wanting to use them, your probably right that I should switch them for Grazing Gladeheart.

Zuran Orb would also be an alternative.

And I understand you about "pet cards" - cards that you always wanted to find a home for. I do that myself alot.

Put in a set of Petrified Field. That will land in the graveyard over and over, and you can use two to have the exact same effect if you don't have Crucible of Worlds.
