a good start but you have no kill cards. take it from me, i play a deck similar to this. my deck: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=27382 the problem you have here is that you have nothing that FORCES them to tap out. every thing you are running is conditional on whether they feel like tapping. suggestions: too many propaganda, ditch mana chains as they provide no protection at all they only kill off a creature slowly (use unsummon spells or creature destruction instead), use mind whip, add more seizures, less mundungu, ditch pitmage (mundungu is much better), add something to force tapouts (such as mishra's helix, icy manipulator, puppet strings, mana web, sands of time, etc.) if you have no tapout cards, all this deck will do is be a minor annoyance and provide little to no protection.
