Get out Isochron/Silence and Grand Abolisher combo to prevent opponent from playing pretty much anything. Use Oblivion Ring, War Priest of Thune and Fiend Hunter to get rid of anything causing trouble. Then you can either whittle down their life until they die or you gain enough life and play out Test of Endurance or Felidar Sovereign. If all else fails, just wait until they mill themselves if they drew first.
