... Is going to make a come-back. Yes? No? The goal is simple. High Tide to double mana-gen, untap effects to create even more mana, then Brain Freeze/Prosperity to win. My version of this deck runs Brain Freeze and Prosperity as the win-con, since setting off a big Prosperity almost guarantees a counterspell to hold the board.

This is HILARIOUS! Love it! Fantastic take! I'm sure this is an established deck type and all but it's new to me, and this seems great! And if I'm understanding it correctly, Palinchron + High Tide + at least 6 lands is infinite mana and infinite storms, right? DAMN. Only idea I can think of would be to use Isochron Scepter to either imprint High Tide (DUH) or, at the very least, Snap. Either one would give you a huge additional advantage, especially with a few Voltaic Keys to be able to cast the imprinted card multiple times (imagine 2-3 High Tides PER TURN)... it's up to you if that's necessary, though.

Actually, the Scepter sounds pretty good to me, since I'm running multiple hits with it (High Tide, Remand, Snap, Brainstorm, Brain Freeze...).. My only question would be: What to cut to make room for them? I've already got Snaps in the decklist, though, since they work so well with Cloud of Faeries. Forgot the fourth in the sideboard, though... Wishlist ftw.
1 card to add to this would be Reset, its evil and with enough card draw can cause a fast kill
something that targets player draws X would be better. than each player draw, unless your going for a draw not a tie?
It's actually fairly simple; Prosperity is used after Brain Freeze so that the opponent has fewer cards in their library, causing them to lose immediately. You never set X to equal/higher than your own library count, unless you'd lose if you didn't.
