This deck needs more creatures, especially if it wants to abuse Ephara and Ephara's Enlightenment.I'd dump Gridlock, Glimpse of the Sun God, Thassa's Rebuff, Riot Control, and possibly Aerial Maneuver and Crypsis. Acolyte's reward also seems sub-par, since it's a two color deck. Fated Infatuation isn't really castable unless you have a LOT of color-fixing. I'm aware that that's basically all of your instants gone, but unless you really need the surprise value, you can get a lot more mileage out of enchantments.In their place, I'd add some enchantments and creatures, preferably ones that benefit from proliferate. Three or four Battlewise Hoplites and two more Triton Fortune Hunters should get you up to a reasonable number of creatures, but Meletis Astronomer seems like a good inclusion as well. Ordeal of Thassa and Ordeal of Heliod should work nicely here, since they're auras that care about and add +1/+1 counters. A third Ephara's Enlightenment should prove useful as well.If this is going to be a cipher deck, you might want to run one or two more copies of Hidden Strings.It might help to add two more Azorius Guildgates to help you get the colors you need. 21 lands seems a little light for a deck that wants to drop four and five-drop enchantments, and I'd recommend going up to 23 or 24.
