Fallen Angel (pump) and Visera Seer (scry) are sac great sac outlets on creatures. Greater Good is a sac outlet on a green enchantment (hand filtering). I'd highly recommend Greater Good.
My love of POD came from when my Bant POD deck. It was a standard deck then but now its 100% modern now.
I cloned the deck (it is pretty good) and did some editing... its now under $900 lol
Im a fan of Rite of Replication, Psycosic Crawler, Consected Sphinx, and Comsuming Abberation. The fact that wheel effects put so many cards into the graveyard that Abberation with be huge. A Tech Edge/Wasteland can kill those pesky Reliquary Towers as well.
You really need a Mikaeus, the Unhallowed. Puppeteer Clique + (black) Mikaeus + a sac outlet (like Fallen Angel) = infinate board contol (Dictate of Erebos/Grave Pact/Butcher of Malakir), graveyard steal. -1/-1 (persist) and +1/+1 (undying) counters fall off when they go on the same creature. By negating each other, it becomes an infinate combo. Also, Veldalken Orrery gives your creatures flash. Imagine flashing in Phyrexian Obliterator... its a beautiful thing.
Its not a real POD deck, POD is just to awesome with Kresh not not be in here. I have a lot of artifact and enchantment removal on T-Don, Bane of Progress, Maelstrom Pulse, and Relic Crush too
I do want some ideas of 3 and 4 drop creatures. There are 2 slots.

And cut down on your "mana rocks" (artifacts that produce mana).... you really don't need that much. i generally dont put more then 3 "mana rocks" in my decks (unless its an artifact deck). Ramp spells such as Explosive Veggies and Cultivate can help as will
i feel like your mana base is EXTREMELY high... pick up a few mana doublers like "Mana Reflection", "Heartbeat of Spring", and "Mana Flare"

I would say maybe think about Vexing Devil an Demonic Taskmaster if you are going to use Blood Artist... it makes for a Rakdos Kamikaze deck
the only thing is there are a few things your opponent can do to fuq you up. Mental Misstep- 2nd Dark Rit Gut Shot- Spark Elemental FOW- 2nd Dark Rit Mindbreaker Trap- All of it but besides that... it seems hilarious
i had a slightly different build then this when i had it. this is the build I would use for modern. It was pretty solid from what i can remember
This actually looks really brutal :) but i would switch Sylvok Lifestaff with a Batterskull tho... its the best artifact in my opinion.
i find some of the cards in here could be replaced with better things... the more creatures you run the better. I have a Bant POD list up here you should checkout and i want to see what you think. Your list does have some interesting creatures to go too. Like Saint Traft but i prefer Skaab Ruinator and Deceiver Exarc. I to have Thrun in my deck (because he looks awesome) but he may become a sideboard option against control when PODs aren't resolving. Im not bashing your deck... please dont see it that way :)
if your going to work the landfall with steppe kitty and geopede, then i would add another ruin ghost
