You don't really need the red but if you are adamant on keeping it you should switch the ragebeast's for zealous conscripts.

Cut two of the mayors and add arbor elves for some more ramping

Also i would put in trostani, selesnya's voice and maybe armada wurm

You don't really need 4 rancor seeing as most of your creatures already have trample. I would take out the birds and put in 4 arbor elf and put in 2 elvish archdruid instead of 2 of the rancor. Just a thought though.

Good point I don't need 4 Jace's but i run them because they allow me to put cards from my hand on top of my library and then miracle them, which combined with Tamiyo allows you to miracle either bonfire or entreat the angels every turn.

I think that it is plenty fast as it is, you can tap the opponent down or take an extra turn on turn 2, and after that keep stalling with board wipes until you can use entreat the angels.
