Truly a well thought out deck, two thumbs up. Only suggestion I have is Burst Lightning --> Lightning bolt.
-5 Swamp -4 Pulse Tracker +1 Verdant Catacombs +4 Blade of the Bloodchief +2 Virulent Swipe +2 Soul Manipulation Other than that, great deck.
Alls you need is find a way to give your enemy a forest and your good. (Elvish Champion)
Thats a little better. Take your time to look at other green cards though. Still needs a bit of tweaking.
Elf decks are supposed to be cost efficient. All your cards need to be 3 converted mana cost or less. If you really want to push it then only have 1-4 cards over 3 mana. Finlay, use 16 lands including 1-4 nonbasic lands.
[Reshape] does almost the same thing as [Tinker]. [Reshape] is legal. All Mox's are illegal. Not sure about [Sol Ring].

Nice strategy here. The only thing I would change is adding foresight and/or deck search cards to ensure you have Haunting Echoes in your hand. I also noticed all your creatures are vampires. I resiliently had a vampire deck. After using it in real life I came up with some ideas to really fuck up your opponent(s). My deck is only 1/2 vampire now but twice as deadly. If your interested check it out. Deck name: Vamp Sac
I usually don't give thumbs up for decks but this one is very nice. The best part is its legal in extended.
