Yeah, I'm definitely a casual player too, I remember the days when Fire Elemental would win games and Rares seemed priceless.
And I also love red decks like this, because the tactic is just to attack with everything every turn, burn everything the opponent has, nothing too complicated for a new player, and all at just $5.

Yeah, I find red to be a color that can create a cheap, basic deck with ease. Which is why i chose red. And its good to see the prices of classic cards go down, I love seeing old cards get reprinted.

Hey, I saw you were looking for a place to test your deck, no? I use a program called Cockatrice, its free and lets you play a game using any MtG cards you want!

I haven't even left school yet... or gotten a part time job. Oh well, pocket money will have to suffice for now.

Well I was going to do some testing on Cockatrice... I needed to update the database for M15 so I asked for help and my account was banned for spam. UGH

What about some self-mill to get those instant and sorceries into your graveyard?

If you don't draw any wurms then this deck is kinda useless, maybe you should add some more win conditions? Other than that I absolutely love this deck.

Yeah, pretty much all of the cards have to be under 35c. The most expensive card here is Shivan Dragon (25c) so this is pretty much the cheapest playable deck I could possibly make.

Yeah, there isn't a lot of strategy in this deck, but then again, you aren't going to get a very strategical deck if you are only going to spend $5. I would like to add a few enchantments, and I have a few in mind that would work well and suit the budget well too. Thanks for commenting!
