Black got a boost in NPH, so lets see how we do. Lots of removal for aggro, creatures for the killing and the blocking, disruption and extraction for the control matchups.

i dig it, a few cards seem weak though. memoricide, 4x extraction, and praetor's grasp... maybe try sign in blood? or batterskull? or those "turn into swamp" cards, like contaminated ground? (it can really mess up their mana base) also, look at my 2 new decks if you don't mind? just like the second one? ;) ha, 3 more likes and the second one will be front page. First is a fun discard with a lot of board removal and spot removal, second is a t2 tezz aggro deck, esper style, ready for nph, and ready to beat face. :D http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=182297 http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=180216

Memoricide, extraction, and grasp are weak?! Think about it- you can steal swords from caw blade with the grasp and take out full playsets of important cards with memoricide or with extraction and either a kill spell if its a creature of one of your many discard cards. These cards also have great interactions with combo decks, as they can wipe out an entire combo piece and almost guarantee victory. Along with the obliterators, these are actually probably some of the strongest cards in the deck.
I would consider going with 1-2 more dispises, maybe in place of inquisition. A turn one dispise>extraction on a Jace or other key planewalker really mess up a deck. Also, you might consider getting rid of the dismembers for a couple of mind sludges. Mind sludge is such an underestimated card, especially in the current format, and double especially in a deck with 24 swamps. Finally, the mana curve could be a bit higher, you're running 24 lands with a ton of 2 drops. Adding in 2 grave titans or even a couple of sheodreds could swap in for 2 nighthawks.
