Deck Description

Cheap Elementals for an early win.

The one rule to this deck-
Nova Chaser ALWAYS champions the Flamekin Harbinger

Little side note: this is one of my favorite decks to play with because I love the unexpected kills-
Turn 1: Mountain - Rite of Flame - Smokebraider
Turn 2: Mountain - Incandescent Soulstoke (tapping Smokebraider for 2R)
Turn 3: Mountain - Nova Chaser (tapping Smokebraider for 2R for the Soulstoke's ability for 11/3 haste [champion the Smokebraider]) - Soul's Fire targetting Nova Chaser at the opponent

Also, I do know if you have multiple Rite of Flame's in your opening hand, there is a faster way for this to happen, but I'm posting this because it DOES happen quite a high percentage of the time.

The other "combo" that seems to pop up a lot is the Nova Chaser championing a Harbinger, dying and tutoring for a new one.

It is always my favorite to obliterate an opponent using 1 card or 1 turn to completely switch the momentum (which is why I always wanted to make a False Cure+Beacon of Immortality deck)

I have a deck called "Reckless"... and it is faster even with it's 45% mana coast of 3 stat going on...

I'm sorry MxY, but I do not see how your deck that seems like it has late-game powerhouses with no protection to make it to late game is faster than my deck here... mind explaining?

I'll admit on paper it seems like dog poo but on in the field it's fearsome...

Nah, your deck is good- if you say it is fast, then it's an amazing deck, just doesn't look that way on paper... My deck has some hidden secrets to it that I didn't really explain that well... The Soulstoke in a Nova Chaser who champions a Harbinger and using Soul's Fire to deal a direct 11 and 11 attacking (10 Nova Chaser+1 Soulstoke) from one creature is a little hard to see but that seems to happen a lot in-game.

My only doubts about my deck are from how I changed it from my previous, it could be a little slow but then take off on turn 2-3. (my previous deck's main cards were Smokebraider/Hostility/Flame Javelin- worked good but I still decided to change it)

ok i just want to say i love this deck. this seems so fun to play with. the only change i would make is swap out lightning serpent for hell's thunder. otherwise, excellent deck

Thank you. I have been looking for a card to replace Obsidian Fireheart for and the Lightning Serpent does seem like the best choice and Hell's Thunder does look like it needs a place in this deck as well. I think I'll have to sideboard the Spitebellows for creature-heavy decks because these other 2 elementals are too good to pass up.

I was just wondering what a good elemental deck would look like the other day. This is so much better than anything I could have imagined - sweet deck!

i tested this deck on magic work station and have some final recommendations: take out obsidian fireheart and electropotence, by the time their abilities become effective, you should have won by then, and add four lightning bolts in their place. the deck was more successful with them
