There's not much to it: you should always be attacking and using the removal and direct damage to pave the way for constant attacks.If you want to pump more dollars into this deck there is definitely room to slot in 2 additional Blood Crypts and perhaps another Master of Cruelties if you want to finish with style more often.
Get an opening hand with at least one Rakdos Cackler, a damage or removal spell and one or two of the 2-drops. You have already fallen behind if you're not attacking by Turn 2.
