Lol. you know what combo I have been mildly obsessed with recently? genesis + spore frog

the only problem is that the dudes have to hit the graveyard making mimic vat "useless" it that term of the phrase. But overall mimic vat can never be deemed useless.
I like it. lol maybe put a big wurm in there? or liege of the tangle?
dude! genesis wave does not kill your planeswalkers or your ezuris... it says you MAY put any number of permanents into play... sounds good to meeeee....
Ok, so Brood Birthing and Skittering invasion are garbage. Trust me on that one. Skittering was in my sideboard and there is no way it could have saved me... and brood birthing slowed me down a lot. Bestial menace isn't great. 4 explores would not hurt. Garruk is great in this deck... he is amaaaazing in this deck. A number of times he added the last token necessary for MP. Also, he helped me ramp to MP. Worth running 2, one side boarded.
it looks good but when you sample hand it, it is incredibly slow and if you dont silence them and they get one good creature out they will just pound you down but the rebound on surreal memoir is good, look into just playing white blue, silence then call to mind silence it wont rebound but the blue will give you even more control over the entire game
I like it but i feel like you will leave yourself open too much, there is just so much creature removal that your walls are going to get smashed it to protect your planeswalkers...
I'm hesitant on writing anything because each time I think of something, it's either resolved by 1) an easily sideboarded card, like artifact or enchantment removal 2) a good 'ol day of judgement or 3) the straight brutal longevity of this deck. It can play until it runs out of cards... and then some... I do notice that your only way of managing planeswalkers is by attacking them... this could be problematic as you can run into decks similar to your own or mill/control decks (jace) and not have an answer. i don't really know about white permanent removal, but white usually has it... might be good to sideboard...
WAYY too little land...
Hey i think you should maybe take out a few of those assault strobes... lol i know they are good, but still. you need vandetta!!!! cuz obviously you dont care about your life total cuz if it gets to that point you are fucked. and vampire bite might help. oh and ill add some lands for you
and oh. assault strobe. not a joke. not. a. joke. notajoke. lol. one mana takes a normal kiln fiend and puts it at 8 damage. it takes a kiln fiend with a distortion strike to 16 unblockable damage. :) I figure with 16 beef ups you are bound to get two. so... mulligan until you hit a kiln fiend...
only 22 lands... i know it's not a lot but the most expesive thing in here costs 2 mana... not counting the the 4 cost mana for clasps ability.
do you think you need golem artisan? It's a good card, but precursor golem only works with spells, not abilities... maybe rusted relic? or another card to protect your golems?
What happens if they hate on blood throne?
you need to add Sphinx of Magosi in this deck, draw a card and +1+1 pretty good for 1 mana.
id put in demonic tutor and vamp tutor instead of the diabolic, lose the coat of arms thats just over kill. its too bad rats are not limited to 1 in EDH! but a good backyard whomp deck
you know guruk the plainswalker hes super good for green decks http://gatherer.wizards.com/Pages/Card/Details.aspx?multiverseid=205959 or stampeed http://gatherer.wizards.com/Pages/Card/Details.aspx?multiverseid=205003
I have a fauna shaman for you if you need one also, so i know you really like sylvan ranger and lanawar, but maybe put something else in there like a spell that you can either cripple your opponent or something else to do with all ur mana
the oracle seems a little slow.. he would be an obvious card to take out if you need to sideboard something
Tell me what you think. The Leyline of Anticipation in the sideboard is there to really abuse quest for renewal. You will see the combination when you read the cards. Arbor elves over llanowar elves every time (they compound with keeper of the progenitus. Joraga warcallers and Gelatinous genesis are how I burn my rather absurd amounts of mana. Sylvan Ranger is great for bringing out lands for keeper. Only two though, ideally, cards tap for quest for renewal. Oracle of mul daya... only one is necessary it seems. Mul Daya channelers are not as good as they look. They can be very strong with their mana production, but it seems they are too inconsistent as I only have 20 lands and I'm fishing for them with oracle and sylvan ranger. Nissa is broken. Life plus creatures... can't get any better than that... and if she ever procs... it's pretty much game over... unless someone baits me into a wrath of god... and I'm not that stupid. Soul's majesty is great. It looks expensive, but in play testing it seems that I get an average of 6 cards for 5 mana... Fauna shaman is nice for digging up the right cards... I'm thinking about putting in an Emrakul. Yes, an emrakul... I've got so much mana I don't know what to do... That or a eldrazi spawnshire and just sideboard emrakul, ulamog, and kolizek. Weaknesses: a well timed pyroclasm really hurts this deck. Livana, the keeper of silence really screws this deck up, for her alone, and other flying badies, I have 4 plummets sideboarded. Summoning trap is ideal to sideboard against blue. If I play someone running blue, I will sideboard in summoning trap and the eldrazi and bait until they counter and I drop a fatass. Tajuru preserve is in there for people running annihilator and all is dust... or any deck that makes me sacrifice creatures for that matter.... Currently, the deck is actually slower that it might appear... however, when it drops, and it usually does around turn 5... it's big... and I mean biiiig. We're talking 10 10/10 oozes... that or a joraga warcaller giving all of my elves +10/+10... Thoughts?
