This deck is still in its experimentation phase where its going into a control flavor. The finisher lies in the necromancer's covenant which, by the time you can cast it, will likely generate a critical mass of zombies for a swarming finish Card Choice Tidehollow Sculler: A two drop zombie that helps to control my opponents hand. Works well by himself, can be recurred by my Lord of the Undead, can be given death touch by the Death Baron, and counts toward the Lich Lord's ability. All in all a solid card. Shriekmaw: Creature control. The deck needs it to hold off stompy decks. Can be dropped later as a creature. Should be side boarded out depending on the match up to something like Infest or Batwing Brume. Lord of the Undead: It recurs my other lords, as well as my card engine and the sculler. Can also be used to recur the Outlander if need be. That and it gives them all +1/+1. Stillmoon Cavalier: Can control decks with white or black attackers or it can go aggressive early against other control match ups. With a Death baron on the table he can be a first striking death touch and can be recurred by the Lord of the Undead. Graveborn Muse: This will provide you with cards and hopefully draw you into your Convenant before its constant eating away at your life causes your death. I might need to put life gain into this deck purely to maintain this woman. But if worse comes to worse you can Path her after she has given you the cards you need. Death Baron: Turns the lich lord's tokens into fatal blockers and makes the Cavalier nigh unkillable in combat. Lich Lord of Unx: Makes tokens to hold of your opponent, can he can mill some of your opponents cards and life to set up your Convenant Necromancer's Covenant: This decks finisher of choice. Gives you a mass of zombies and give the zombie you do have life link. . Broken Ambitions: A good counterspell that has the advantage of putting cards into an opponents graveyard for your eventual covenant. Esper Charm: A flexible spell that can be used as a discard spell or a draw spell depending on your needs. It can also be used to get rid of that obnoxious bitterblossom. Path to Exile: My other main creature control spell. Cheap and effective. So far my main concern with this deck is the manabase, which is pretty... ugly. I'm still debating the proper solution to this.
