Are you sure the Arc trail combo doesn't work? I am not the most well versed in Magic semantics, but its abilities only triggers when it "only targets a single golem" so I am thinking, as long as the other targets of the spell aren't the golems, it can still be copied. And I think its written that way so a volcanic fallout can't deal 6 damage to everything. That's just my take on it though. and I second the idea of vines of vastwood. I like the idea of the combo, you should find even more goodies this guy can exploit. Nice deck.

Truth :) Cool deck though. Beast is a theme you don't see much. It seems to fit the goal at being big and scary. Very nice.
Was hoping for a Big Furry Monster deck (you realize there really is a BFM right?), was slightly disappointed.
Hmm its an interesting build one of the more creature heavy U/W control I have seen, but it looks solid. If you are going to commit to a lot of field presence though, some spot removal might not hurt, journey to nowhere maybe (all the other good stuff is rotating). After all once you have dropped a baneslayer of sphinx, it is sorta painful to day of judgment, sometimes a single removal can do the job. I love the strong sphinx synergy also, one of my favorites.
I like this a lot, I have a similar one myself I have been tinkering around with lately. And since I have been been putting most of these together myself I can assure its under 40, I mean the lightning bolts are more than most the mythics in price. I picked up a playset of obsidian firehearts for 3 and change. And chandra is super cheap. Because its thematic and an alternate win condition, I would throw a suggestion out for fire servant. He cost a little bit to get out, but once he is on the field, just about every little burn spell you have becomes deadly. And he is an elemental too! Very cool though, I like these alternates to RDW.
Hindering light is a cool cheap white/blue counter you might consider adding. Also I like sphinx of jwar-isle he has synergy with your conundrum sphinx (you can never guess the top card of your library wrong if you can look at it). But it seems like it definitely can do what it is supposed to. I would suggest some tweaking, removing cards for similar ones that are better (i personally strongly dislike spell pierce, for instance, but I think mana leak is more fitting and less situational). Overall very nice though.
I like it. Blue/white as the colors should be :) Its refreshing to see in standard.
