Can you stop an Auramancer receiving massive levels of power from Nyx in this Unlimited encounter? All you will need is the Favors from Nyx Intro Pack and another deck. This is designed to emulate a "boss battle" of sorts and is a casual variant. Have fun!
Setup: Play the aurmancer, and then attatch the Celestial Archon to it from the deck with bestow. There are a few special rules in play here.1. Separate her enchantment creatures, lands, and other spells into 3 piles at start of game.2. Things can only be bestowed on her. When she would be destroyed, exiled, returned to hand or deck, or lost control of she detatches a bestowed creature and isn't harmed. Her power and toughness revert back to 2.3. At the start of her turn, she can bestow a creature from her enchantment creature pile on herself if it's CMC is equal to or less than the number of auras bestowed on her. She can choose any of the cards in her pile to bestow, but only bestow once per turn.4. After that, she can either charge or burst. If she charges, she puts a land card of her choice from her pile in front of herself. If she bursts, she can play cards of her choice from her other things pile by tapping lands this turn. Her other things pile is considered to be her hand for Erebos's Emmisary. 5. Auramancer can once per turn return a destroyed aura to her other things pile (not her enchantment creature pile). If so, she can play it when bursting but can't bestow it on herself anymore.6. If she scrys, she can put a land in play for free from her pile. Lifelink increases her base power/ toughness by the amount of damage she dealt until her nest turn. 7. When she is tapped, the other player's creatures do not take damage equal to her power when they attack her. 8. The only way to win is destroy her. (No easy feat, considering you'll have to destroy all of her auras first.)9. The auramancer player always goes first.
