I love Alara and Alara loves to mill. There is some Ravinica in there too. Hopefully you can deter your foes from attacking, since Milling is one of those things that does not slow down an opponent until they suddenly lose. Also I LOVE mind funeral.

An idea maybe you might like would be adding Hedron Crab and some fetch lands. Since the fetch lands are still considersed a land they would lose the top 3 cards of their library and if you happen to pay the life to find a land to put on the battlefield they lose another 3 cards. Just a suggestion it works really well when you combine it with a mill deck.
