I just updated it, dropped a few cards, added more lands and just a general edit.

Ah crap I forgot about signal pest thanks! Also, yes bolt > burn but I have both and burn helps with the ever popular infect decks. I guess I could sideboard them though. As for Arc Trail I guess I can give it a try and the same for Squandron hawks. The mana issues revolving around wardriver and skyhunter could be an issue so I was thinking about dropping skyhunter and adding in another 2 drop flying instead or maybe orinthopter. I could then make the lands 10-12 mountains and 8-6 plains.
Honestly, I love this. When I first saw it I wans't very sure but now after checking out the cards I am sold. Great deck, I'm not too familiar with T2 at the moment so I have no real criticism.
I would drop off 4-6 mountains since 24 is too high for a normal red deck, let alone a red "weenie" deck. I would add some Goblin Wardrivers and Goblin Guides. Goblin guide is a first turn 2/2 with an ability that won't matter if you kill them quickly. Goblin Wardrivers is a 2/2 for 2 red and has battle cry which can provide a nice boost to your goblins when attacking. Otherwise, pretty nice!

The only issue I have with Nissa is that all her abilities are better suited to be done by creatures in my deck: [+1]: Search your library for a card named Nissa's Chosen and put it onto the battlefield. Then shuffle your library. -- Skyshroud Poacher can do this but I also don't run Nissa's Chosen [+1]: You gain 2 life for each Elf you control. -- Wellwisher does this fine and even better during intruder alarm/token untap combo [-7]: Search your library for any number of Elf creature cards and put them onto the battlefield. Then shuffle your library. -- Done much better by Skyshroud/Intruder Alarm combo Also, in general this deck could not keep a PW alive very long when Nissa would be useful because I wouldn't be blocking, I'd take the damage and heal it up instead.
