Put Crypt Incursion in the SB, you will face some non-creature decks and it is useless in those scenarios. Add Nihil Spellbombs to SB to mess with your opponents own recursion plans. Up the Victim of Nights to 4 or maybe go with Dismembers for extra removal. Also, damnation doesn't hurt you much with recursion if you can afford them.Lastly, I often but 2 Quest for the Gravelord in my zombie decks. It takes a tiny bit to get going but can really swing a game (damnation into 5/5 zombie, then get your gravecrawlers back).

Maybe drop a swamp for an Urborg to make your GQ and Bojuka Bogs relevant for Korlash? Also I'd recommend hard removal instead of Grasp of Darkness - it won't help you deal with a Siege Rhino/Goyf/etc
This deck has the best walls. It's going to play great. You're going to do so much winning you won't be able to handle it. Just unbelievable winning we'll be doing. I'm telling you, you're going to love it. The best walls.
huh? Why would you give up the flying that the familiar gives you? They are identical except for the flying?
ladies, ladies, please.
You're missing the greatest combo ever with Whelming Wave. Get a leviathan down then do Natural Affinity + Whelming Wave = ALL creatures and lands up to the player's hands while you have the only monster on the board. It makes their next turn very challenging and a total mess to discard. True, you lose your lands but you play Reliquary Tower as a land and you're in good shape.
Bloodsoaked Champion is also good to cycle in and out of the yard (if it is considered budget?) Champion of Lost Souls might be fun to cycle multiple creatures in and out of the yard at a time, triggering ETB and LTB effects. Also, Life's Legacy is often better than Altar's Reap (at least with the bigger critters).
The only concern here is that the deck has 15 critters + 4 Hordeling spells. It just doesn't feel like enough to me, even if Rabblemaster is churning them out.
I *might* drop a Seeker or two and add some Monastery Mentors to get more critters on the board (prowess is a bonus). Zurgo?
Wall of Limbs could be a thing with all that life gain? Kheru Dreadmaw and Life's Legacy might also do you well, as would Skourge of Skoula Vale.
I've been using your deck and some variations over on Virtual Playtable and doing well with it. I've created a version that splashes white for Spark Trouper and includes the Hellspark Elemental for the Unearth Option. I also put a Seance in there for games that take a little longer as it pulls all the big guns back into play one more time.
Elemental Appeal - RRRR = 7/1 Ball Lightning and a SORCERY so you can add Increasing Vengeance to CRUSH. It's cheap, too.
Hidden Dragonslayer has lots of value. Even as a 2 drop it has lifelink. But add in megamorph and removal? I 'd add 2-3. Foundry street denizen is also a cheap 1 drop warrior with upside.
KJSJ3 - Does this not look like flaming gummy worms? http://www.mtgvault.com/card/lashwrithe/NPH/
I'd probably cut 2-3 lands and get some card draw in there (sign in blood?) to get you more ammo if things slow down.
What do you think about numbering them from now on? Like Budget Deck #1001: Flaming Gummy Worms, or somesuch.
The Leeching Sliver is cheaper than the Thorncaster, though you lose the ability to target critters. Nice!
How you don't have a Shoe Tree in there is beyond me. http://www.mtgvault.com/cards/search/?q=shoe+tree&searchtype=name&ps=20
AHA! I knew there was a reason. Budget is so hard.
Why no Vexxing Devil in this tribal deck? http://www.mtgvault.com/card/vexing-devil/AVR/
