hmm... throw out treespeakers and put in priest of titanias or heritage druids. replace the archers with nissas chosen, which is better than the archers and makes nissa more worth playing. also, devoted druid is insane when you combo it with ezuri or even warcaller. Finally, I don't think you need 4 warcallers. Try 2 or 3, so you don't have too many kill more cards in your hand. Instead, I think you should try to be a bit more creative and put in emrakul or craterhoof behemoth as other kill conditions.
One thought here, perhaps add some Immaculate Magistrates for when you play Joraga Warcaller, I run an elf deck and the combo works wonders, other than that great deck
