I hope no one puts out a torpor orb. The concept here is simple enough. Keep their numbers low and harass them with all sorts of, "when this guy gets on the field" nonsense. Caw Blade - Get the Surgical extractions, needlebites, and Praetor's grasp in there. I wont promise anything, but if you can steal the sword, punish them for using the life staff. Kill gideon jura and put him in the mimic vat, or extract him. You may have a chance. Burn - Dial back the creature control in favor of the black knight and surgical extractions. If you remove 3 fire spells, they can't really kill you. If they ramp really hard, kill their mana dudes right for the get go. Big Green Decks - Load up all the creature control you can. This is going to be a war of attrition. Metal-craft decks - If they are using mrys to get metalcraft, kill them all, all of them, make them all dead. If they are using random artifacts, then stockpile your creature control until the fatties start coming out. Wittle them down. Vampires / Black Decks- Remove your Doomblades. Aside from those and the black knights, add the entire sideboard. Extraction Decks - Pray. Don't let them touch the Vats or Portals! Control - This should handle control decently enough. I haven't played against enough control decks. Infect - Just let the deck work it's magic. Also, hope you get the first turn and/or a disfigure. If you get past the first turn, it's easy money from then on. Immune to black sideboards - surgical extraction/geth's berdict/life's finale should steal the show. Milling - Cheat. Add a fat Eldrazi into the deck when no one is looking. Then they can't mill you. Anything I am forgetting - Let me know.
