After a bit of playtesting, this is version 2. I realized that the little Lightning Bolt spells won me games much more often than the big 13 damage ones did, so I took a bunch of those ones out. I also found that I rarely had more than 2 or 3 mana by the time the game ended, so I added Pyretic Rituals to make it run a bit better and I took out a couple Spitemares. The Darksteel Plates seem to be the key to winning most of the time. Equip a Boros Reckoner or a Spitemare with one, have a Furnace of Rath of Quest for Pure Flame in play, and just hit it with a Lightning Bolt or something. You can redirect the damage to itself as many times as you want since it will never be destroyed, and the amount of damage will double each time. Then hit an opponent with it. Boom. The two Shivan Meteors are still there just because they can be suspended for cheap, and because they will still end the game in a single turn if you use them right. The biggest new addition is the Mogg Maniacs. They can't combo off with other creatures like the Boros Reckoners or Spitemares, but they can still go nuclear with a Furnace of Rath or something on the field.
