Well, here is my new (and hopefully improved) Cephalid deck. I found that it wasn't consistent enough with only blue, black, and white, so I added green for the tutoring effects.
For those of you who may be unfamiliar with how a Cephalid deck works, allow me to tell you a thing. You target Cephalid Illusionist a bunch of times with Nomads en-Kor to mill your entire library. With the Narcomoebas you now have, flashback Dread Return on Angel of Glory's Rise, which will in turn bring back Azami and Laboratory Maniac. Then you tap a wizard and win the game. With a good hand and no opposition, you can win like this on turn 2.Of course, it is not likely that the opponent will just let you win. Daze is a good free counterspell in this deck, since it operated entirely in the first few turns of the game. true I could use Force of Will instead, but it wouldn't work much better and it would cost be a lot of money. The sideboard is a mish-mosh of creatures that I can bring to my hand via Living Wish to deal with all sorts of potential threats; from graveyard mechanics to artifacts to merfolk.
