There is an instant-win mechanic with a charged bloodchief ascension and the new card mindcrank. Suppose you make the enemy discard a card with a charged Bloodchief Acension(BA) and a mindcrank(mc): BA causes that player to lose 2 life, you gain 2 life mindcrank causes them to mill 2 for losing 2 life. BA causes that player to lose 4 life, you gain 4 life mindcrank causes them to mill 4 for losing 4 life. BA causes that player to lose 8 life, you gain 8 life mindcrank causes them to mill 8 for losing 8 life. BA causes that player to lose 16 life, you gain 16 life mindcrank causes them to mill 16 for losing 16 life. Infinite and certain death. If they can't die by losing life, they mill themselves and you get an obscene amount of life points. A handy tool for discard decks for a mere 2 mana.
