I think Elesh Norn, along with Vanquisher's Banner would go great in here too, to make your goats stronger

If you were to add Anointed Procession, you could add even more tokens onto the field

Have you thought of Trepanation Blade?

There is no maximum deck size in Standard

In this deck I think Prying Blade would go better, maybe add an unblock able creature to attach Prying Blade too, and you don't have Pirate's Prize in this deck, do you mean Depths of Desire? Primal Amulet can help you now that I think about it.

but since you have to sacrifice to get +2/+2, but maybe replace something else with Relentless Dead, so you can bring it back

Add Relentless Dead and replace the Phyrexian Ghoul in my opinion

I know it is not a Hydra, but Undergrowth Champion is great in this deck

Maybe Baral, I never use 4 of the same legendary creature in one deck

Maybe you should add Compelling Argument (player puts top 5 cards of their library into their graveyard)

You are vulnerable to Hour of Devastation and other horde wiping cards, but it is a good deck
