This deck relies on getting cards in the graveyard. It can do this with the dredge effects of Golgari Grave-Troll and Life from the Loam. Ways of putting these cards in the graveyard are Wild Mongrel and Fauna Shaman. However I can also discard Basking Rootwalla and Arrogant Wurm to play them with madness. After numerous cards are in the graveyard this deck steps it up. With threshold cards such as Werebear (early game mana ramp) and Krosan Beast turn into good value strong creatures. Splinterfight also gains power for each creature in my graveyard and continues to put more cards into their thus powering hiself up potentially. Golgari Grave-Troll also becomes a strong durable card with more creatures in the graveyard. This deck can also potentially take the opponent unaware by putting 6/6 Wurms on the battlefield for 4 mana (or 2 for 11 mana in total if played both times) due to the cheap flashback of Roar of the Wurm. There are a couple of support cards in as well in the form of Asceticism for hexproof and regen effects for all my creatures. And rancor for a cheap and re-usable power boost to a creature and can give my cards trample if they don't already. Life from the Loam is mainly to insure I have plenty of lands to play (and potentially to discard for Wild Mongrel) whilst helping fill the graveyard. A form of support is also Eternal Witness' effect to allow me to get any cards from my graveyard that I didn't wan't in there (eg. Rancor/Asceticism). This deck is intended to be played aggressively with the ability to get out numerous creatures that are either powerful or can be powered off with the effects of trample to bypass small defences. Whilst card generally can't be played until turn 2 at the earliest it is possible to get a wild mongrel and 4 Basking Rootwalla out that turn. This deck allows for swarming to an extent which will be more effective early game whilst mid to late game being able to get out more powerful creatures. Obvious downfalls of this deck are: -Lack of flying defence -Lack of shoot -Hindered if graveyard is off limits/can't get cards in graveyard
