This is a typical 4C cascade deck, but w/ 4 strix and a top. I don't know how the top fits, nor do I know how good the top is, but I'd like to find out. This is a highly interactive midrange deck. It has a lot of removal for creatures and a way to break combos with force of will. This is very similar to Shardless BUG, but this deck misses more discard and includes more removal. It does not gain as much of a tempo advantage as Shardless BUG, but I believe it has a better matchup against Death and Taxes, Affinity, and Maverick. I don't think it does as well against Team America and UW control, the top decks of the meta. Then again, I run dredge or and the rare proxy deck, so I don't really have much experience.
Just try to do your best to find your opponent's weakness, then go in for the kill. Test them a bit game 1 and try to figure out how they play; it shouldn't hurt too much to hold onto your creatures when your opponents have mana open, and it shouldn't hurt too much to aggressively cast your creatures, hoping to eat your opponent's force of wills and blue cards to gain a card advantage. Again, it all depends on how your opponent plays and what fits best for the circumstance.
