The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...
Start typing a card name and use the auto-complete feature to quickly select the card you're trying to add. Enter a quantity and add that card to your sideboard!
Submit a list of cards below to bulk import them all into your sideboard. Post one card per line using a format like "4x Birds of Paradise" or "1 Blaze", you can even enter just the card name by itself like "Wrath of God" for single cards.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Deck does decent but seems to be missing that final "win factor".

That final "Win factor" is the mill. I know it seems kinda weird at first, but the objective is to stay alive long enough for them to slowly die :)

If you're aiming to win by "milling" the opponent's deck then you must have a few counter-spells (i.e. Cancel, Psychic Barrier, Dissipate, etc.) in order for you to survive. Most of your creatures are more than 2 to cast, thus can be casted after turn 3 onwards, and with lands building on your opponent's side as well, there's no telling if they have counter-spells themselves or killer cards (i.e. Doom Blade or Geth's Verdict for black, Incinerate for red, etc.).
I've built my very own mill deck as well. It's just a cheap/budget deck but I'm hoping to mill 'em off! =) http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=278410
I had been considering a few counters, I usually get within one turn of a win. A counter or two I'm sure could push me to that one turn.
add a mindcrank for mill with damage
Tellin you bro you need echo Mage could make your mill deck much more lethal
how about a few good old hedron crabs and a couple of unsummons. not only can they help mill but also help keep you alive a couple of extra turns and neither are very expensive. Also, i think you need to deciede whether you want to win via milling or by creatures as the titan and drake are powerful (and mana hungry) but arnt really necessary if you want to mill them to death. If you rip them out and sub with a couple of walls etc then you can prob get rid of a few islands as most of the remaining cards need very little mana to activate

Good deck. You may want to add more control to this. Take a look at my mill deck and it may or may not help you. http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=214340
