if you're looking for land destruction, a fun little combo is myr landshaper or liquimetal coating combined with splinter. then you can exile ALL of their lands of a chosen type! MUAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAA!seriously, though, you're already in RG so it might be a nice addition for your sideboard or something.

Man, i love helix pinnacle decks. If you want to really accelerate things, i would recommend running priest of titania and elvish guidance, as they bgoth provide some massive ramp because of all the elves. gaea's touch is pretty nice to increase your mana production as well as rofellow, llanowar emmisary, who virtually doubles your forests. another option might be wellwisher, to gain a bit of life and stall the game out some more. then, you may want to look into rites of flourishing, which can accelerate your draws and allow for even more lands. and i don't see fyndhorn elves here yet... anyway, those are some suggestions, hope they helped.
you should probably remove the black cats, replace them with elvish visionary, or something that's actually useful.
you're missing castigate, mortify, unmake, isolated chapel and godless shrine. otherwise, good deck
This has rares and uncommons in it. this is not pauper. pauper is defined as a deck made of only commons
add counterspells to help against burn/thragtusk, add skymark roc to eliminate smaller stuff, arrest and pacifism are your friends, same as azorius keyrune, which gets annoying, cloudshift isn't doing crap for you. also look for a plan b, like disabling a color or something, because if the detain ails, you could implode.
what about fireball?
you seem to have a lot of discard here, have you tried using liliana's caress? also, what about cabal coffers? im not sure if it's legal in legacy, but it sure as hell lets you play stuff faster.
winning via mill probably won't work that well, if i wanted to win via filibuster, though, i'd probably build a turbo-fog ish deck, so that i could prevent attacks long enough to win the game.
alright, you're gonna want to add 4x Liliana's caress, 4x megrim, 4x hypnotic specter, as many copies of cabal therapy as you can afford, 4x hymn to tourach, 4x dark ritual, 2 of each liliana vess and liliana of the veil, a few copies of painful quandary, and 4x inquisition of kozilek. stuff you should drop is: 4x Liliana's Specter 2x Entomber Exarch 2x Brain Weevil 4x Black Cat 4x Ravenous Rats 1-5 Swamp 4x Horrifying Revelation 3x Mental Agony 4x Mind Rot and, for the record, I've been playing a discard deck that has the cards i mentioned in it for the last 2 years, and it's virtually impossible to beat once it gets going.
speaking of droping, add in 4 druids deliverance, replacing the terrifying presences
i'd recommend removing the lookouts, they aren't gonna do much for you, as you have curiosity in there. i would probably add a few sands of delirium, in replacement of 2 increasing confusions, so that you can mill them faster. you should probably add a jace, the mind sculptor or 2, they can be useful. you should run 1 or 2 copies of dissipate, to stop them shutting down your engine, and finally, you need to add the engine, otherworld atlas, man! its mandatory for turbo fog decks. that's just my two sense, but seriously, take my advice, especially with the atlases. also, lost in the mists is probably better than terrifying presence, as you're gonna get down on health eventually. final thoughts: add some copies of elixir of immortality, so that you can recycle your fogs. and maybe a few reliquary towers, so you don't have to discard from otherworld atlas. yeah
for a sideboard, you might want to look into tormod's crypt, to eliminate those graveyard decks and flashback. maybe codex shredder to slowly mill them out and get back a card late game. sign in blood for early game card advantage, and to re-stock your opponents hand when they are out of cards. cremate to get more hand advantage, and to deal with flashback. maybe a few deathrite shamans for mana fixing. maybe a grafdigger's cage to stop more graveyard. i'd probably run black cat, as it makes people discard at random, which is pretty damn good. also try a witchbane orb to protect from burn decks. maybe rakdos ringleader for a bigger creature? thats my input. use what you like from it. hope you can build a good rakdos deck. :)
goblin piledriver will help you a lot, maybe a few warren instigators, to get krenkos out faster, and your missing the goblin chieftains and the siege gang commanders. reckless one could get really broken in there too. thats just my two sense, so yeah, totally your choice.
replace the goblin pikers with warren instigators. theyre better, i promise. also, you might want to look into spikeshot goblin, if you need some later game power
what about izzet charm, cyclonic rift and goblin rally (instead of invocation)
searing spear, that was the instant i mentioned, but you already have four, so forget i said anything. also looking closer, talrands invocation is a terrible card! cut it out completely! if you want tokens from non talrand sources, go with something like krenkos command, or something from return to ravnica that gives tokens with something else to go with it.
try delvers, more burn (rather than control) i'd recommend more pillars of flame, the 2 drop 3 damage card in m13 (which i cant remember the name of) and maybe a spell that ccan do x to target creature or player. they would probably help a lot. also, more sulfur fals are always nice, and the izzet boiler works! get as many dual lands as you can. though judging from the shape that the deck is in now, your probably building on a budget, so i feel for ya man. also, epic experiment might be good to run a one-of.
needs invisible stalkers. i recommend removing 2 explosive impacts and 2 unsummonds for them. also, dissipate might help a bit
your missing the werewolf from innistrad, bane of hanweir, it starts as a defender and kills the oponnent if you want it to.
