Supposedly this deck is surprisingly not awful... I really want to try it for myself. The key card is Zur's Weirding: it allows you to lock down your opponent's game and prevent them from doing anything with all those resources you give them when you drop a Sky Swallower. Dimir House Guard tutors for it and also lets you sac all your creatures before giving them to your opponent. Nightmare Void helps you snipe threats, and when combined with the Weirding you can use it to systematically empty your opponent's hand. Transmute and Dredge are especially awesome in this deck because they let you get around the weirding.
