Hello, not a bad deck. It goes against the norm for red decks -fast and lethal- although the second is true. If I were you I'd not use the artifacts. There are many cheap and deadly goblins/red creatures out there. Enchantments are not needed either. Red creatures often have haste for example. Legion loyalist, Ib-halfheart, Goblin king, Goblin chieftain; the possibilities are endless. But even if you don't have/want those. Lighning mauler, stonewright and ash zealot are good. And skullcrack too, for thrugtusk , etc. Goblins rule!

Very nice. I'd use sword of war and peace instead of basilisk collar, though it's a good idea. A personal favourite is kor outfitter but stoneforge is strong.

It's strong, I've played against it with W/G aggro. I had to be really quick to beat it.

I think you could use a couple Kor Outfitters or Stoneforge Mystic and Cavern of Souls. And perhaps Sword of War and Peace and Sword of Feast and Famine.

This deck is based on one I saw online some time ago. I liked the idea but wanted to make some changes and use cards that I've played before like Doomed Traveller. I'm still testing and probably I'll do many more changes but I thought why not uploading here and getting a second opinion.
