Goblin lookout is an option but both Goblin Bushwhacker and Goblin Wardriver are better in my opinion.

Thanks for comment! I tested Boggart shenanigans, but its a bit slow and you rather wanna see some 1 or 2 drop goblin in your opening hand. It is however an option to play boggart shenanigans. It´s true that 18 mountains is a lot and maybe 16-17 would be enough, but because of chieftain you need three lands to play with. Claws of Valakut comes to me as +3/0 enchantat at three lands and possibly not more than 3 damage in fast games.

I have also cheap goblin deck, and I believe it´s a bit faster. Maybe you can take some inspiration. http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=266218

What about Grim Lavamancer ? And maybe some Fetches to reduce the number of lands in your library and to help Searing Blaze.

In my country (Czech republic) is affinity deck pretty rare. And Tinkerer is immediately useful if you have Warchief or Chieftain in play. Tinkerer is great agains Æther Vial for example, which is played in Merfolks(pretty common in my country), and some other decks. But I understand advantages of Shattering Spree. It´s instant artifact destroyer. I played Tinkerer in 1 copy in main deck and I didn´t need any other Shattering Sprees in sideboard (as I said affinity is really rare to meet on tournament in my country). When you have Shattering Spree in 2 copies you are not very likely to draw them anyway.

Well I understand that Vials are not quite cheap, but they are necessary if you want to have really great deck. But until you get then, put some 1 drop cards in your deck to be able to play something in 1st round. It's important in goblins to play something in 1st round. I recommend Mogg Fanatic in four copies. They are pretty useful.

Nice deck. Although I would personally remove Boggart ram-gangs and Goblin grenades, and I'd rather play Goblin warchief. And maybe 1 Kiji-jiki mirror breaker - I really love that card. It might be better than siege-gang at some point and you can always look him up through Goblin Matron. Also 1 Goblin Sharpshooter might be interesting in your sideboard or even in the main deck and Goblin Piledriver should be in 4 copies in my opinion. I also think Goblin Tinkerer is slightly better than Shattering Spree(because you can find it through Matron and Ringleader). But these are just suggestion and I belive it's working pretty well how it is. But you should try it if you have access to these cards. I personally played Goblins with white - to play Swords to Plowshares. And also to have Disenchant in sideboard.

Well I like Vial goblins more. In this deck if you don´t have Goblin Lackey on your opening hand, there is not much you can do. Without lackey it´s just too slow in legacy. You might either try to play some other goblins for 1 mana (Mogg Fanatic isn´t a bad choice) or play vial goblins. The idea is great. Play lackey in first turn, in second burn down anything that stay in the way and then put Siege gang or kiki-jiki in the game, but it cannot happen without lackey. So you basically rely on just one card (in four copies). And Warren instigator is somehow slow and defenseless agains removal and counter spells in second round. And sideboard is not very helpful to your deck, you should rather try Goblin Tinkerer, Goblin Sharpshooter, Pyrokinesis, pyroblast, Pyrostatic Pillar and Price of Progress.

Well Siege-gang Commander is too slow and 17 lands are not enough to play Siege-gang Commander. Warren instigator might be an interesting choice and it is possible to play him in this deck, but he is a bit slow and not really so effective, because you won´t get to use his ability much(cheap goblins). And you cannot play Siege-gang Commander based on putting it to the game just through Warren instigator.
