I feel like this is a deck I wish to bring to casual playgroups, and going higher on tutors would kill that.

Fuel for the Cause is too expensive but growth spasm is actually an excellent choice.
Strykerzero, you suggest narrowing the focus of the deck, and then want to add blink mechanics, and discard. So which is it? Let me simply explain my thought process. Play a midrange with versatile kiki pieces and deck fill deck with sufficient ramp and draw to play aggro kiki. Fill 123 cm slots with value and blockers. Let commander combo people out. Again still in experimental phase, but that is essentially what this deck is doing and why it looks so crazy.
As for proliferate, I think it could help in a minor way, but, the main focus should be trying not to die.
I have Fairhaven elf in here cause we are low on blockers for infect\voltron style decks. I imagine if you are purely playing against competitive decks that cultivate is better then the 1\1 , but against average joes this deck needs chumps.
Obviously it the 4 drops are easier to cut then try that first.
I say unless your whole strategy revolves around the 5 drops ditch them for lands because 18 is barely enough for 3 mana by turn 3.
I am constantly editing decklists I plan on using >_< so naturally it has a lot of views by me.
Yeah, Pheldagriff is a proxy for Beetleback Chief which isn't in the system because it was only released in Planechase 2012. It's essentially a baby Siege-Gang w/o the sac outlet which is always a nice dude in this style of deck. He's good off of a Moggcatcher and friends, making him a fine man.
