12 land is far, far too few. The absolute minimum you should run in a 60 card deck is around 17, and thats if you have a lot of rocks, dorks or seeker spells. i would drop the gnat and locus misers for lands, and then drop the drainpipe vermin for 2 copies of Liliana of the Dark Realms, with squirrel art if you care about her being on theme. Tutors for your swamps, makes it easy to play your deck, and some targeted removal in her 2nd ability.
