we would change those clauses to it returns to its zone

it'd make more sense for the creature to be in its own zone like in commander
I might point out that nothing is said about starting with the creature in play by the creator of this post they only state that you can only have one creature and that anything happens to it it shuffles back into library
SeriousPaul while this is an eldrazi it is not one of the eldrazi titans
Let us assume that he meant to add it and forgot you could still mill an opponent out you would just have to let them draw their creature.
the titans would be banned due to being legendary
I/d definitely run Gisa and geralf for the reanimate function and if you don't want to mess to much with your zombies just run jace, wielder of mysteries then you only have one non zombie creature
you might look at animate artifact, march of machines, Animating faerie, and workshop elders. these are all in your $10 or less range
that is also an option
going the self mill route you might consider running Laboratory Maniac and Jace, Wielder of Mysteries. You might also like running Gisa and Geralf
i know it doesn't fit perfectly with your commander but you might like dualcaster mage and twinflame combo. you might also consider running War's Tolldualcaster mage:https://www.mtgvault.com/card/dualcaster-mage/C20/Twinflame:https://www.mtgvault.com/card/twinflame/JOU/War's Tollhttps://www.mtgvault.com/card/wars-toll/BBD/
this seams very well built both of the eligible commanders would be good choices to helm this deck but from what i saw i believe that brago is intended to be the commander. you might look at a snap caster mage you might also look at a deadeye navigator
i would like to see a dictate of erebos in this deck i would also like to see butcher of malakir and a few mor sac outlets and ways to add +1+1 counters this seams like a very solid build though
if you use judith the scourge of diva, i would recommend uping the creature count and focus on creatures that you can easily recure and the rest of the deck would be focused on recuring your creatures. I personally like Mogis, god of slaughter he is a stand alone card that just likes to be on the field and then you can play the rest of the deck any way you want within reason. If you want to run vial smasher I would recomend uping your instant count and if you can find room adding in a vedalken orrery. i personally like Mogis for this build being as the other two would require more focusing immediatly while Mogis will need some refocusing he will be more playable while you decide on changes needed,
Angelic exaltation, Dictate of Heliod, force of virtue, gaea's Anthem, Glorious Anthem, honor of the pure, marshals anthem, marari's wake, spear of heliod. These are all options that could be better than collective blessing. I am a fan of spear of heliod as it can destroy a creature. I am a fan of marari's wake because it effectively doubles your mana. I am a fan of Force of Virtue because you can get it in for free at instant speed, I like the marshals anthem because it recures your creatures if you can pay the extra cost. I like the angelic exaltation because it gets bigger as your board state gets bigger, these are all better options in my opnion than collective blessing if you are looking for an anthem effect.
i would reduce godo bandit warlord to a 1 or 2 cound along with sensei golden-tail being as they are legendary creatures if you have mutiple in your hand or already have one on the battlefield they will be dead draws. i would also run fetch lands and shock lands
other than birthing pod not being playable in a black red commander deck and not knowing who the commander is this seams to be a very solid build that could be helmed by any of your eligible generals but if you chose one to focus on you could realy fine tune this deck into a well oiled machine
unfortunatly in commander memory plunder is not playable in this deck other than that not knowing the commander or the idea behin the build i can not offer you any more advice
unfortunatly if this is a commander deck with the two cards you have set as commander you will have to cut divinity of pride. i am not a huge fan of bring to trial or pillar of light when you could be running swords to plowshares. short of knowing what you are trying to do with this build the only other suggestion i have is to up your land count to at bare minimum 33 lands however i would start with 34 to 36 and work it down until it is giving land when land is needed. if you would like more help on this deck let me know and maybe add a deck description and or a how to play page.
the ajani is a great card but does not seem like he deserves a 3 of in this build i would cut him down to a 2 of or even a 1 of in favor of other spells that help your game plan a little better, like maybe main board your pariah shield instead of relying on just the 4 copies of pariah.
