I think your mana is because your running 20 lands. this deck looks like a 22 bare minimum. both plainswalkers go great in this deck. I dont no about MDing both, but jace>howlin mine IMO and liliana's living death ability is a bomb.

Perplex good for nothing if they have no cards in there hand. switch it for remand, since u can probly make them discard anything u bounce eventualy.
