I'd add more ramp like rampant growth and primeval titans, and add more token producers to pump up counters on descendants path, like gather the townsfolk and midnight haunting. I'd cut shattered angel and chancellor of the annex.
I forgot to add the zeniths I'm planning on making it gradually, and playtesting it online. Thanks for the feed back; i feel like this will be a very powerful deck in the upcoming months of standard until titans rotate.
