I'm not a fand of Havoc Festival, so that come to mind first. Depends on how many Thundermaw you want. If just 2 remote Havoc Festival, if 3 remore one Gorehouse Chainwalker too.

Tried it out, but I think I will stay with shock. Helps the deck much more. 1 damage overload is nice, but with Shock i can take out huntmaster right away.
The only suggestion I have is: Thundermaw Hellkite. Yes ist costs 5 mana, but if it doesn't get countered it's five in the face. Add a Hellrider to the attackers and that's 7 damage.
All good ideas, but then it wouldn't be standard legal anymore.
Electricity seems like a really good idea. I will try it out and see how it peforms.

I would not put it in the mainboard, but skullcrack in the SB is a great idea.
I would remove Lazav, I tried him in a Dimir Deck too, but it never worked out. He never became something I could actually use.
