Took inspiration from Sam Black and Woodrow Bogucki from Star City Games. I was looking for a way to beat the agro and control decks that are prevalent in my current local meta.
It's a simple concept. Just get a creature on the battlefield and make it an untouchable killing machine. Use Avacyn's Pilgrim for mana acceleration and Simic Charm to ensure victories. The sideboard is built to answer the various removals or strait burn that your enemy will lean towards more heavily in game two and three.

Alpha Authority?

It just doesn't have enough playability with the current creature base. I would consider it if I didn't have such a bad time with it's speed. I would rather play rancor in that slot at a lower mana cost with the return or courage with it's many upsides. There are also some times that I would rather not have hexproof / unblockable on a creature just to goad them into wasting their blockers and removal dealing with my other threats.
After much though and play testing I'm going to build an experimental hexproof deck utilizing alpha authority. Check my page in a while to see what I came up with.
