As I rarely sacrifice Bag of holding to get cards back, Bag of holding works against recasting Ox of Agonas, and nearly everything in the deck is red anyway, may consider Chandra's Regulator as a swap. It would have synergies with Chandra, Heart of Fire, though Chandra, Heart of Fire is a hard card to play in the deck for anything beyond discarding your hand.

Your curve is fairly flat with 8 to 10 cards at 2, 3, 4, and 5 drops. (this assumes you treat the Blighted Fen as a spell for it's trigger cost and that you want to trigger Torment of Hailfire a minimum three times) If you are willing to fire Torment of Hailfire for 2 triggers the curve looks a bit more traditional, but definitely low cost cards that you should be able to burn through if the game goes longer. You might want to consider some draw lands such as Geier Reach Sanitarium or Sea Gate Wreckage. Geier Reach Sanitarium seems particularly fitting for the deck... nothing like forcing your opponent to top deck through the build... then use a land to make them draw a card just to discard it. :-)

Another concern, having only 1 Yahenni's Expertise seems a bit odd. The odds of drawing into it are fairly low and it wouldn't be of much impact late game which makes me wonder why bother. I would recommend having more in the side board so you can have a full set of 4 when you need it. If you choose to drop it into the side board, consider upping your counts of Never to Returns or Torment of Hailfire's.

Those points aside, Love the build! Accursed Witch with full suit of board clears and removals means you can consistently get it flipped. Also, Dreamstealer adds nicely to repeated hand disruption and doesn't mind much getting swept up in a board clear as it comes back stronger when eternalized.

At this point, several of your cards have good flexibility and can pull double duty in the deck. This means you have the following;
* 13 cards that can cause significant damage to your opponent
* 15 cards that can trigger hand disruption
* 21 for direct removal
* 5 board clears

Love it and awesome job! ...especially at the price!
