had a thought of using varolz' ability with creatures like boneyard wurm and splinterfright to create huge monsters but not rely solely on varolz to win. this is what i came up with. let me know you think.

I like the Idea of this deck... However. You seem to be putting a lot of emphasis on big creatures without a lot of play in them. Don't get me wrong, most of the creatures are top picks, but, Stonefare Croc, Crowned Ceratok, and Splinterhead seem to be thrown in here because they can be. I don't see why Lotleth Troll isn't in here.... He throws guys into your graveyard to boost the Wurm, Splinterfright, and use with Varolz.... Not to mention the guy has Trample and Regenerate built in! I also think the Zombies of Standard could make an appearance in here, especially for a more aggressive take. Another critter you could consider would be Strangleroot Geist, he has haste and Undying, so, you can sac it to Varolz and give it a counter, and still swing with it.Corpsejack Menace is alright in here, he makes are curve a tad higher, but, at the same point he's doubling our counters... Which can be really good if we're scavenging with Varolz or Playing Lotleth Troll. Or using the Undying abilities on Geist and/or Geralf's messenger. With Varolz in here, we're looking for Value creatures, anything that has more power than it's CMC. This is where Zombies are amazing. Diregraf Ghoul and Gravecrawler are both 2 counters for 1 mana and the Crawler can make it's way onto the board time and time again. As for the non-creature spells. Getting creatures into your grave is definitely what your trying for here, but, you don't want to be milling yourself out now. Mulch and Salvage seem like a little much especially when you have Splinterfright already on board. A playset of Grisly Salvage in here would get you your constant land drops along with giving you the bomb you may need at the time. Alpha Authority is alright, giving the creature Hexproof and forcing them into awkward situations, but again, I think we can find better cards for it's spot. Rancor could do a lot, with it's self-recursion. Think Twice could fill the place for extra removal. Even Treasure Find could be great here, if you mill your bomb, you don't have to worry.Abrupt Decay and Putrefy are our main options for removal in here. I prefer to maindeck the Decays myself, just because they are 1 mana less to cast and they hit most of the creatures in the metagame.(agro vs agro can be a hard matchup) Where as I'll side in the Putrefy if I need to kill large creatures consistently. Sorry about the long comment ^^ I have a friend that has been playing B/G Zombie agro for awhile and the playstyle here looks a lot like that. Hopefully some of this helps!
